Since July 2019, when it started as a talent donation in the artificial intelligence community, we have been thinking about what the optimal exercise is for people for four years.
Exercising regularly changes our lives, and eating nutritious food amplifies its effects. So why don't people exercise even though it's good for them?
Intermittent exercise is meaningless. It must be continuous. Have you ever thought, "I'll start exercising now!" as an adult? Most people have, but why do they only do it once or twice and then quit?
It's difficult to keep it up. We all live different lives, and our bodies, minds, and daily situations are different. It's impossible to exercise while overcoming these daily changes. Therefore, everyone needs to find their own optimized exercise and diet that suits their life and situation.
For example, I wake up early in the morning and sprint quickly to raise my heart rate. Since it's morning, I need to do it quickly. In the morning, I drink a simple vegetable juice and eat chicken breast.
After work, I supplement carbohydrates with sweet potatoes, fat with avocado juice, and protein with chicken breast. When digestion is complete, I go to the gym and do weight training. The schedule is somewhat fixed for Monday through Friday.
When I return home, I don't supplement carbohydrates, but instead have another chicken breast and vegetable juice. Then, after walking gently, I consume protein and vegetables again.
I have tried more than 90% of the exercises and most of the diet methods in the world, and by choosing what suits me, I can do my own OPCT.
If you tell me to do CrossFit every day, I won't be able to do it. If you tell me to follow a specific diet every day, I won't be able to do it. While CrossFit is a great exercise and there may be a specific diet that works for someone, I want to focus on what is "sustainable."
The method that suits my life is as described above. I realized that not being able to do something steadily doesn't mean that the person is wrong, but rather that they are doing something that doesn't suit them.
However, it takes a really long time and a lot of money to realize this. It took me about 10 years to try different things. OPCT is a service that helps people efficiently find their own OPCT.
