Why is OPCT a Community-Based AI Fitness?

I say OPCT is the world's first community-based AI Fitness.
Why is OPCT community-based and what does AI do?
OPCT defines the meaning of fitness as the process of building a body and mind to achieve any goal in life, not just a pretty body.
We may not be athletes, but we all need fitness throughout our lives, from the time we are born until we leave this world.
A child walks, runs, and moves to exercise and eat healthy nutrition.
Teenagers in school to endure the rigors of schoolwork,
Adults do fitness for themselves and their families.
Even as we get older.
This commercial is one of my favorites. It's a grandpa doing fitness to hug his granddaughter.
But it's really hard to find your own optimal way.
Everyone I know says that exercise and nutrition are important in their lives, but none of them are doing exercise, nutrition, and fitness.
That's because fitness is really, really hard.
People who know their own fitness, their own optimal training OPCT, exercise and nutrition to the point of daily addiction because they feel so good in this healthy state, but it's so hard to get there.
You have to try a lot of different workouts and nutrition to find your own, and you have to find the right amount of time to do it, and it's very rare and difficult for people to go through that exploration and eventually find it.
There's no workout I haven't done in about six years, and there's no diet I haven't tried, and I've tried everything that's good.
Eventually, through the process, I realized that I have 20 minutes in the morning and that's when running works for me; that I can sustainably eat 100 grams of sweet potatoes, almonds, avocado juice, and chicken breast four times a day while other people eat chicken breast salad; that I have irregular hours and that 40 minutes a day at the gym by myself works for me rather than timed workouts with other people. Once you find an OPCT like this, and you stick with it every day, you create your own sustainable fitness routine. I'm going to keep working out for the rest of my life.
But it's so hard. Very few people would find this OPCT.
Because everyone has different goals, different lives, different body types, different ages, different genders, different places to live, different jobs, different economic conditions, different tastes, different beliefs (vegetarian, etc.), different religions, and different conditions every single day, so there is no one-size-fits-all exercise and nutrition.
I was lucky enough to have parents who loved to move my body from a young age and were supportive if I wanted to learn something.
I could eat whatever I wanted, and if I wanted to learn a sport, I could learn it. I also studied abroad from a young age and spent my high school and college years in Australia, California, New York, and other countries where exercise and eating healthy food is the norm.
Unless you're a special case like me, it's almost impossible for most people to find their OPCT, and I've always thought that the reason people don't exercise and eat well is because they haven't found a method that works for them.
So how can anyone find their own OPCT?
Community + AI
How can anyone efficiently find a fitness regimen that fits their goals, and a way to eat healthy food that suits their tastes?
and eat healthy food that they like?
How can we do this using relatively low time and money costs?
I thought of solving this problem by fusing fitness knowledge from various backgrounds with artificial intelligence.
1.A community of people from various backgrounds around the world who are consistently engaged in fitness share their know-how and contentize the validated data.
2.A.I learns from the content data.
3.If an AI that is optimized for pattern implantation is trained based on validated, high-quality data, it will reduce the exploration cost when a new person wants to find an OPT and find their OPT efficiently, anytime, anywhere.
For example, if a Caucasian, 40-something, New York-based female attorney with one son wants to find her own OPCT, and we have data from a 48-year-old San Francisco-based female attorney with two daughters who has shared her own tips and tricks, the AI will recommend exercise and nutrition to her based on that data.
5. because their lives and anatomy are likely to be a little more similar than a 20-something Korean flower shop owner.
6.Based on this, the lawyer will spend less money on finding her OPCT and find her OPCT faster through feedback.
Community?
The OPCT Community is a community of people in the Global Corps who exercise and eat healthy, regardless of their profession, background, age, or education.
They prove their daily workouts with a #Ready #Done OPCT photo and earn a GRIT badge when they work out 20 days or more per month to prove their consistency. These badges are NFTs that can be posted as digital collections on social media and rewarded within OPT when enough of them are collected.
You can also content your workouts, nutrition, and mindset to help train the OPCT AI and earn OPC, a community coin.
receive OPC, a community coin.
This OPC can be used like cash to purchase OPT services and branded products.
Progress.
In the four years since we started OPCT in July 2019, we have become a global community, with people from all different backgrounds and lives sharing their knowledge every day.
They motivate, support, and encourage each other to keep living this life,
Based on their knowledge, more than 400 OPT missions have been created.
These opt-in missions continue to train the OPCT AI and our community coin, OPC, is also increasing in value as the community grows and we are expanding into fitness brands.
Future
We will continue to build a strong community, sharing good information and affordable ways to live a healthy life. We will create great content and train the OPCT AI to help users effectively find their optimal exercise and nutrition plan.
We will also continue to apply innovative technologies such as AI, Web3, and digital cities to make OPCT a tool to help us manage our lives more efficiently.
But at the end of the day, our goal is to live better for ourselves. We will continue to find ways to share quality knowledge with good people, and to live a healthy and prosperous life without financial burdens. This will allow us to live the life we want and have no regrets.
